HOW TO ORDER
-1- To Order Online, Just follow the simple instructions below
Our On line Store enables you to order food from over Eighty different restaurants.

First, please “Choose the City” you wish to order from. (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)

Your next step is to “Choose the Cuisine or Outlet” you wish to eat from and you can do that by browsing “Your Choice of Cuisines" or "Locate by Restaurant".

Once your mind is set on an outlet (s), browse the menu, choose your dish (s) and the quantities required and simply “Add” it to your basket.

Please make sure to choose your Options in the drop down menu next to each dish (when applicable) Use your Ctrl Key to select individual options or your Shift Key to select All options on each dish

Once you have everything you need, simply click on “Checkout”.

Review the dishes selected & make any substitution if needed by clicking on “Return to Menu”. If no substitutions are required simply click on “Checkout”

Login into your account or create one (It will only take you a few seconds to create it)

Select whether you wish your food to be delivered immediately or you wish to schedule a delivery.

Choose your payment method.

Choose your location (if you have multiple locations)

At this point you can submit a “Special Request” such as; light shopping along with your food order or simply to inform us not to ring the door bell because the kids are sleeping.

Click on “Submit Order”.

You will then be presented with a summary of your order along with your order number for reference.

You will also receive an automated e-mail confirming your order details.

Finally, your order will be confirmed within 10 minutes by our “ Call Centre”. If you do not receive a call from us within 10 minutes, there could be a problem beyond our control, so please give us a call on + 971 4 345 5444 so as to proceed with your order promptly!
-2- Allow approx. 30 - 60 minutes for delivery
We aim is to deliver delicious skilfully prepared dishes from some of Dubai’s & Abu Dhabi's finest restaurants within 1 hour. We do not deliver fast food, and understandably some of our restaurants may require slightly longer preparation time than do the more traditional take out restaurants. To facilitate & streamline the delivery process & in order to serve you promptly, may we suggest that you place your order from a restaurant in your delivery area, due to the heavy traffic we are experiencing in Dubai specially. However, if for reasons beyond our control, there is going to be a delay, you will be notified. If you wish to have a delivery made at a specific delivery time, you are welcome to call & order in advance. Please ask your operator for any further details.
-3- Cancelling your order
An order can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing it.

Saturday to Thursday from 11.00Am - 11.00Pm
Fridays & Public Holidays: 12.00Pm-11.00Pm

-5- New "Dubai" Delivery Zone
This section has been created exclusively for our customer residing past interchange#4
towards Jebel Ali
For orders from this delivery zone, please allow the regular delivery times, however if you wish to order from restaurants listed in the Dubai delivery zone, please allow an additional 15-30 Minutes
Minimum Food order from Dubai Delivery Zone past interchange#5 is AED 100/- along with a AED 40/- Delivery Charge

RSD has an Aed 80/- minimum food order and a Aed 35/- delivery charge per hotel or restaurant (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
For "New" Dubai Residents: RSD has an Aed 100/- minimum food order and a Aed 40/- delivery charge per hotel or restaurant from the Dubai delivery zone past interchange # 5
(*Arabian Ranches the delivery Charge is Aed 50/- & for Jebel Ali Free Zone or the Greens Community the delivery charges is Aed 60/-)
